Haha I love this song too :) it comes up on Pandora at work and I didn't know it was her for a while, and I just thought of it as the sweater song. Because I thought it was funny that she sings about giving everyone nice sweaters.

Exactly, that's what I love about it. It's not like, "Let's fall in love and be hippies and frolic a lot." It's more, "Let's fall in love but still be normal and have fancy food and warm clothes, but also be really sweet to each other despite not living in a fairy tale." It's so reassuring.
