In just a little more than four days, I'll be 18 years old. and I'm actually pretty excited about it. I haven't been excited about a birthday for a few years now, but I almost feel obligated to get pumped up about this one. I mean, you're supposed to, right? it's the big one-eight. I've never understood what the rationale is for designating this

The biggest change will be within your perspective of the 'big deal' of age, and your parent's reaction (or rather.. common referral) to everything.

At least.. nothing's changed on my end. Other than the whole not living with them.
