i hope this won't get me in trouble because it's kinda off topic...but i figured, where else best to post this if not in a community dedicated to a boy band ( Read more... )

Another point is the music genre. Pop music is basically ALL about the love. Guy likes girl, girl likes guy. And it's hard for a male singer to sing the words "Girl, you're my everything" and all of a sudden the girl singer has to sing "Boy, you're too cool". That was lame, but that's pop music. Just kidding, but it's simply easier to shove boys with boys and girls with girls. Then, the SONG makes sense and they all pretend to be in love with the opposite sex (although we secretly know that's not true with super junior.....j/k). There are exceptions since not all songs have to be about liking someone, breaking up with someone, or how much you adore that certain someone's hair. Hyukjae's hair is long. :)

HAHAHA XDD why would they need the opposite sex when there are 12 of them to pick among each other?? lol

Hyukjae's hair is long

you know what, we were all innocent fangirls before getting into these boybands. I didn't know WTH "yaoi" meant.
now, see what they've led me to..XD

weelll....i'm not sure we were ALL innocent fangirls lol. i've been a fan of anime for quite a while now, so i already knew about yaoi (plus my friends love yaoi and are constantly slashing in all the series we watch lol) though i'm not a big fan of yaoi, i'm ok with shounenai (a lighter form of yaoi) i don't mind yaoi, i just don't actively seek it out (it gets too graphic for me sometimes...>_< ) lol. if you ever get the chance, go to Anime Expo one year - it was seriously like Yaoi 101 for me O_O haha

dbsg was the first real obsession i've had that was real i.e. not animated lol *i love cartoons ~ i'm still such a kid at heart ^_^ lol*

mixed sex groups end up failing in the end anyways. much like most american mixed bands, too much back-stabbing..sex..betrayal, etc..

however there IS AAA (Attack All Around), with 4 guys, 3 girls, we'll see how short that lasts.
