Last night, I went to see Evanescence at the Hollywood Palladium.  This was the second time that I've seen this band perform live and they are one of my favorite American bands.  The first time I saw them was on the Family Values Tour back in 2007 at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater.  I've never been to The Palladium before even though it's been ( Read more... )

Photos from this year's Festival of Philippine Arts and Culture are up.  I've had a great run at this event.  I've been attending since the mid-nineties, but the rising cost to attend this event make me wonder if I'll attend next year even though I've only gone for one day for the past two years ( Read more... )

Almost every week, I go to this event called South Bay Din Din a Go Go.  It's basically a bunch of food trucks, sometimes 10 or more, that park somewhere in the area.  Every week, there are some trucks that are always at the event and there are some that are there sometimes and there are also some that I've never seen before.  I guess I began going ( Read more... )
