Hmm, there are a couple different ways that I can think of:
1) If you don't mind squished blueberries, you could throw them in with the other dough ingredients before it's kneaded.
2) Add the blueberries to a bagel as you're rolling each one out, so that they're incorporated in with the dough.

Oh. Man.

I am so excited to try making this, you have no idea.

I adore bagels, but the problem I have with a lot of the store-bought ones I've seen is that they all seem to have piles and piles of sodium for some unspecified reason. And these look tasty! I think I'm going to make them tomorrow. Thanks for the recipe. :)

It's because the sodium acts as a preservative... you'll find that the homemade bagels don't last nearly as long as the store-bought ones for this reason!

Just made some of these delicious bagels....
Thank-you so much for sharing this recipe, they're really yummy (:
The only problem I had was running out of flour whilst kneading, and resorting to Bisquick, only to find that I also needed molasses. Hahahaha....
Anyway, I'm very glad you shared the recipe for these wonderful bagels (:

Yay, I'm so glad you enjoyed them! It's such a blessing to be able to have awesome bagels anytime (well, given that you have all the ingredients, lol). I'm glad it worked out despite it all in the end.
