Zucchini Fritters

We make these zucchini fritters all of the time, year round! I found the original recipe on a blog somewhere a very long time ago, which I no longer have bookmarked; however, it's so easy and versatile, that I have it memorized and will share it!

Haha! I've been a mod for super supper for like.. 3 or 4 years.. I used to post on here a lot but lost the time for it while I was in school full time. I'm trying to get back into the habit. :) By the way I did add you a couple weeks or so ago, and I posted a super cute butters pic last week. ;)
