Things to appreciate

I've decided to try to highlight something positive every week. Affirmation Fridays, if you will, because it's become so easy to dwell on negative nonsense. So these things will vary, some probably silly and some maybe deeper. Probably light.

I work with someone who has become so negative that it makes me conscious of when I start following suit. You don't HAVE to be a downer all the time. You DO have control over how you react to things. Dwelling on the negative simply makes you more negative, and who wants that??
