I personally think the UK kiss was ten times better than the US kiss. I think it was because we had to wait for the whole series to be over. At the end of the series nothing had happened and you were so sad. The christmas special you were sad to see her and her fiancee together and even at the end you were still so unsure whether she would come back.
Plus I have a special place in my heart for Tim that Jim just can't fill.

YOU'RE TOTALLY MY SOULMATE! I agree with you 100% on this. Tim/Dawn is the perfect match and I was so sad when she went back together with her fiancee. And Tim is kinda more sympathetic than Jim.

This is why, no matter how good the US will ever get, UK will always be my favorite.

Tim kind of has this "Awww, you're kind of pathetic [see: still lives with parents, among others], you need the girl" sort of vibe to him. Jim seems more like the cool guy.
