Got hurt last night during softball.  I was playing at catcher and even made some pretty great plays resulting in some outs.  However - at some point I did something to my right quad and well, let's just say I'm in pain.  I decided to go ahead and stay in the batting rotation but its incredibly hard to sprint to first base when your leg hurts so ( Read more... )

Tonight was my first night playing with my company's softball team.  Since volleyball ended and we haven't started the next league yet, I joined the softball team.  I haven't played in so long and was super nervous.  I couldn't believe that they stuck me at short!  I actually made a phenomenal double play that was likened to the play of the day for ( Read more... )

Light years.

That is what is amazing me today. Just think, the light we are seeing now was created years and years ago. Its almost like time travel. We are seeing a picture of how the universe was...however many years ago. In a way that's kind of cool.

I just spent the afternoon rewatching all the Weezer music videos. I've half toyed with the idea in the past to get the Weezer =w= permanently marked on my body. Yeah, its weird. Whatever.

I just found out tonight that my brother Jon-Michael is being deployed again...in two weeks...for 10 months. He can't tell me where he's going or why, I just know he's going. I wish he'd get out of the army already. 2008 will be a long year while I wait for him to come home again. I worry so much. We try to talk as much as we can but its never ( Read more... )
