So, i am looking into going to yoga for several reasons, not the least of which being my back. I really want to try and start up myself so i don't look like a complete doofus when i get out there.
Can anyone suggest a decent starter level yoga DVD that i can try out myself, at home?

I have come to the sad realization that this is, in fact, my job.
