Conner opens the door to his apartment, carrying Jubille inside, before kicking it shut behind him. He walks over to his room, and sets her down gently on the bed, before sitting down heavily in the floor.

"Jubilee...I'm sorry."

She look at him from her spot on the bed, "not your fault. I was the one who rushed into things..."

"I should be saying sorry."

"Yeah..well, I should've been thinking..If I'd been thinking, I could have avoided it." He shuts his eyes tiredly.

"Strange thing about fights, sometimes you do not think in the heat of the moment."

"...Yeah..I'm sorry." He pulls off his boots, before standing up. "I need to go get cleaned up. Get some rest?"

"I could talk to them. Explain, maybe?"

"Sure you'll be fine with a guy in the room?"

"It will be all right," Jubilee says softly.

"I have slept in the same room with a guy before, I stayed in the room when you were injured. For the night. Remember?"

He nods.

"Ah..yeah.." He smiles a little. "Yeah. Will you be alright if I go get a shower?"
