Yet again, I have a busy weekend: family obligations tomorrow and this afternoon. Therefore, I had to spend all of my Annick time in one block on Friday evening. No driving back to St. Albert, no intense fretting about the future, no Things To Do. Just time together with the one with whom I want to spend the rest of my life.

Another Late Night
Which means another tired day at work tomorrow.
Work is going pretty well. Tomorrow we are checking to see whether the in situ hybridization worked on tissue from the new catfish as well as it did from the one in February. And then we will take pictures, hopefully pat ourselves on the back, and plan for further investigation.

Here's something I posted on useless_facts, but I thought I'd share here, too. I used to work with a line of cultured catfish B cells (the ones that secrete antibodies).
The channel catfish (Ictalurus punctatus) is the only animal that has immortal cell culture lines that are non-transformed.

I just finished practicing my drag routine to Sex Bomb for the show on Friday. I'm excited but a bit nervous. last week I got the side burns right, and tonight I bound my chest to practice in. I had it like that for about 40 minutes. Binding boobs is not comfy when you have a C-cup.

Annick is home!!! yayy! She came home a two days early for a teachers conference and I get to see her the next two nights :D
