what, there's some fucking rule that says you can't have more than two dogs? what the fuck, man? dude. Kill the town hall people that say you can't keep them.

dude, check this out...it's from the law thingy. basically, it says that you can apply fo ra permit to have more than two dogs...

Well, I'm sorry that the stupid legal crap in this town is getting to you. Not much to say, but hey, I feel your pain.

But Chubbs,maybe it's just me, but I've noticed that you have this roller coaster thing, you're good for a month or three, and then something happens, and it looks like you hit rock bottom, and then go up again for a few months, and then go down, and up and down...Have you noticed that too?

Long story short, we're here if you need support, but really the only one who can pull you up by the bootstraps is you.
