I don't like getting old. Last night I was actually thinking in terms of 20-30 years and thinking about retirement. My goodness. 20-30 years does not sound long at all! But I will be 44-54 years old and 1 year goes by so very very quickly lately

long term goals are good, just make sure they are flexible - like it's ok to say I wanna retire around 50 and travel, but some people are like I'm going to retire the day before I turn 50 and then exactly 2 weeks later I will go to Berlin for exactly 2 weeks and then to Prague for a week and it will continue in this matter... and yeah, overly neurotic people scare me

I was starting to feel old and crusty myself for the 2 months after I left Jason, I felt all old and grouchy and just blah - but I must say that after meeting Shaun we both feel like teenagers... just more enlightened teenagers ;)
