So I tore a musscle in my sholder and it hurts really bad, and I hate when people dont tell me things about themselfs and I have to find out the hard way and then expect me to tell them absolutely everything about me and what I do and when I do it but whatever I am no longer going to trouble myself with the thought of what people are going to think
