As many of you know i am a bit of a health freak. Well i bit might be a understatement. But whatever. As some of you may know i sell Essential oils and Ningxia red. I am a health freak too...just health foods for me though. Ever heard of the raw food diet? Yeah I'm on that. That's vegan plus only raw. I've heard about the oils but Ningxia red? What is that?

its a a ningxia wolfberry juice. The wolfberry is all crazy good. www.ningxiared.com. Helps your body fight off Free Radicals(super high ORCA and S-ORCA). And it has all kinds of good stuff in it.

I not to sure what a raw food diet is. I know a Whole food but i am guessing its not the same.
