(the last few entries have been entertaining, little blurbs that paint wonderfully graphic images and get across some kind of message, so while at work I thought I'd try my hand at it.)

America has no free-speech mandate anymore.

as for your situation, it sounds more like Communist Russia than the Maple-heaving neighbors to the north that I've grown to call "Canada".
