There is one piece of pineapple left. Just one, right in the center, making a lovely complement to the pale-blue checker pattern on the plate that some thoughtful catering staff provided. Ohno takes his time studying it, appreciating how good it's going to taste.

He's so engrossed, he doesn't even notice Nino enter the room. The other man sidles up next to him, then wiggles into the three inches of space between Ohno and the couch arm. Nino watches Ohno for a few more moments, looking between him and the last, solitary slice of pineapple.

And then he plucks it off the plate and pops it into this mouth.

At first, all Ohno can do is stare in shocked disbelief. He watches Nino chew and swallow. All the while, Nino has his face twisted into a grimace - he hates sour things.

"You don't even like pineapple!" Ohno protests ( ... )

Ohno carefully holds the pineapple in his hands and stares at it like it's the most awesome thing he's ever seen. He puts it on the peeler then turns the handle, an amused look plastered on his face. When it's done, he grabs the pineapple and takes a huge bite from it, letting the taste linger in his mouth before swallowing it.

"Umai!" he says with thumbs up.

"And, cut!" the director signals. "That's a wrap, Ohno-san."

Ohno bows and steps down the platform when he sees Aiba come into the filming studio for his turn to promote this pineapple peeler. It's only the both of them today.

Aiba does the exact same thing as Ohno.

"Pine-appuru!"

When the editing is completed, all that is left was to insert a rap Sho wrote and sang for it.

Wake up, wake up, wake up
Toothbrush in hand, shake your face,
shake it, shake it
Wash your face round and round
Wipe your ass up and down,
up and down
Better hurry up to grab it, yeah,
Pine, pine, pineapple for you.

Sho was the first to walk into the room. He didn't notice a thing at first (his eyes were glued on the business section in his hands).

"Sho." Sho peeked over his newspaper, smiling in greeting at the Ohno on the couch who was now trying to beckon him over, but his hands were full of pineapple, pineapple and more pineapple. "Have some."

Sho considers it, even folding his paper up under his arm, but something stops him. He likes to think it has all to do with the fact he’s already had breakfast this morning, but he knows it's more to do with the way Ohno's slender fingers have caught the piece of pineapple in his hand and the unconscious (ridiculously charming) grin spreading across his cheeks as he sticks it in his mouth.

Sho wants to slap away the blush crawling up his neck. “Ano... I’m fine, but thanks ( ... )

Cont'dTen minutes later (Sho and Jun still haven’t returned), Nino makes his way into the dressing room; spotting Ohno and his pineapple in no time at all-he skips his way over to the couch, making it his business to climb from the back and wedge himself in the ridiculously small space between Ohno and the arm of the couch ( ... )
