Well - I'm still pregnant. :) 2 cm dilated though, so making progress, even though I've yet to feel a whiff of a contraction. (Thanks to all of you for sharing your experiences in response to my last question on this matter

Oh Lauren, I'm sorry you're feeling kind of miserable, not too much longer though. You were in a dream I had this weekend and you had Noelle only for some reason, you didn't end up naming her Noelle.
But I do hope she comes soon. And do NOT let the weight gain upset you. It sounds like you have a lot of swelling and water weight so I bet a large portion of those lbs will disappear pretty quickly after you give birth. Good luck, hon!!!! I'm so excited for you!
Like my grandpa told me when I was pregnant, babies don't come early or late. They come when they're ready.
I bet a lot of the 65 lb is just water weight...swelling. I was 20 lb lighter the day after giving birth to my 7 lb 2 oz baby, if that gives you an idea.
I gained the most in the last few weeks of pregnancy too - and you're right - at that point, what can you do?
Don't worry - my SIL Michelle (you've seen a picture of her right?), gained about 60lbs with her first pregnancy (Teah). She's skinnier and more in shape now than she was BEFORE kids...and her 2nd two pregnancies she only gained like 30 and 25lbs. I have no doubt you'll have a similar tale to tell someday! =)
aww lauren :( I am keeping my fingers crossed that Noelle hurries up and comes naturally...both for her sake and yours :-) If you get a chance give me a call. I hoe you feel better...and I know you will lose all that weight quickly.

As for the yeast infection, you can buy acidophilus supplements that will help with it. It's basically what's in yogurt.
