I swear I called the University of Rochester to get a transcript sent to Japan last night and referred to the Bursar as the "bur-SAR" (rhymes with SARS) ... How embarrassing @_@

Don't blame yourself. Blame the shittiness of the English language, its whimsical pronuniciations, and its lack of any steadfast rules. Spelling: bursar, pronunciation: "BURR-sir". Don't ask me why. F English.
