Arrived at Tokyo Station early morning today (5:00 am or so)... Got on Yamanote line to Nippori (where my hotel was)... Although I was glad to hop on the train, there is something special about wandering around Tokyo station early in the morning with no one there... I've got an interview lined up on the 15th of this month with Bellnet, a Japanese software development company in Tokyo...

If it all works out I could wind up being a bilingual (hah) software engineer come August. How sweet would that be? Wish me luck...

I have to send them a resume in Japanese before the interview...

Friday's EnkaiHad a welcome party for the new teachers on Friday at 錦城　(kinjyou), a 料亭 (ryoutei, traditional Japanese restaurant) on my street... The boss at Midori's company is kind of whacked in the head and had been sexually harassing a few women at work. From doing things like inviting them to dinner to following them home and straight out asking them for sex.
