I guess there was something in the air yesterday. Everyone seemed down. I wanted to be there, but I had so much work to do. And I wasn't feeling too well. I stayed up most of the night stressing about work and trying to get things done. I broke down and then my friend sick decided to jump in and join the stress train ( Read more... )

scoo . . . all good teachers sleep decent hours.

my advice to you is that you have to practice sleeping seven or eight or nine hours every single day, an any cost. in other words, in terms of priorities, you have to be energized enough to be in the zone long before you should worry about papers and stuff like that.

try doing your teacher training in a big city instead . . . the associates you would find there are a lot smarter and a lot more sensitive about trying not to cause undue stress.

there is only one catch though: the cities in michigan don't apply to whatever I just said. in fact, neither does any city in the midwest.

so cheer up, get plenty of sleep and a balanced nutritional diet, and the quickly evacuate to the warmth and ambience and temperence that you find in the coastal regions.
