Peculiar is a mild description. I do not like this at all. I do not know what caused this dream train ride. Most unsettling of all was knowing what the boy thought. Thoughts are not meant to be heard like that!

It is unsettling the first time, but one grows accustomed to it after a while. Though I suppose it might be slightly more uncomfortable to have someone else's thoughts put into your head involuntarily instead of inviting them in.
