my thread The first TEN people to comment in this post get to request a drabble of any pairing/character of their choosing from me (word prompts are good too). In return, they have to post this in their journal, regardless of their ability level.
I kinda loved Gabriel's parental moment, for the brief time it was there. Noah can be like any age and it can be heartwarming, angst, funny, whatever you want to do. :-)

"Daddy, where’s my Mommy?”
He paled a little, his fork dropping at that question. He pressed his lips a little before answering. “She’s off in a better place now, buddy.” Which wasn’t a lie. She had died during childbirth. He liked to think Elle was in heaven now. A real angel. The thought gave him comfort in harder moments.
“Well, can you get her back, please? All the other kids have ‘em.”
He laughed awkwardly. “I wish I could, buddy. I tried that, but I looked back before we had left the Underworld.”
The kid furrowed his forehead in confusion. “You say weird things, Daddy. Just get her back, okay?” And he set his fork down, running off to go play with Mr. Muggles.
Gabriel sighed, taking his glasses off as he rubbed his temple. If only it was that simple.

I also like the tragedy of this piece. I wonder what kind he tried to do to stop it. (lol more please?)
I really loved their relationship, Gabriel so protecting, and still Noah so questioning (innocent too).
Thanks for writing this for me, I loved it. :-)

I have a few ideas of what he might have done. Maybe I'll go back and write that story someday.
I'm so glad you liked it. I really enjoyed writing it.
