don't be nervous about the therapist. (will you see Dr.Bass?) therapists are very gentle about approaching things and they really do want to help.

I really think it will help you; I was positive simply speaking to someone would never do a thing, but it did help immensely to speak to someone who was not involved directly with me and my circle of friends, or my family...sometimes it's important to speak to someone neutral. And there's always the possibility she'll refer you to a psychiatrist for medication, and don't be afraid of that because it helped pull me out of this consistent dark hopelessness and get me to a functioning, less withdrawn state.

I wish you the best, love.

Dr. Gordy? She's supposed to be young and nice and graduated from vcu. my dad said the first meeting is to just feel eachother out but the first thing that came to mind was us feeling eachother up and i started laughing.

i don't know if i've ever told you this but i am bad at taking medication because i had to take it all the time when i was little and it got to the point where i would rather be in tremenous phyisical pain and discomfort over having to take my medicine. it's not like a phobia it's just an avoidance, i don't even take advil or anything.

thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaannnks. i wish you the best too.
