So I haven't updated in a while, and I thought I'd replace that depressing post-holiday update with an account of my trip to D.C. with 150something 8th graders!  Now, going into the long weekend, I was nervous, because kids, even kids at my school, are not necessarily the world's greatest travel companions.  However, the group of kids I was with
