That was kind of epic , and as I said before a compelling read, I did mange to get another chapter in before work today, and there isn't much that gets me out of bed a second before I absolutely have too. I also like you very real ending where everything is better, but not completely, and not forgotten.

So, Moriarty's gone... for now. But he's the bogeyman, and we all know, especially Lestrade, that the bogeyman always comes back. Nicely done: very dark and oppressive!

The epilogues fit together very nicely. Poor Sherlock, trying to replace the scarf so that it looks like the whole thing never happened, trying to regain control of his world. In some ways, he seems at least as badly off as Lestrade. And John plans to recover, but again, plans have a way of going wrong.

Hoping your muse has a sequel ready for you. After all, horror movies are always series!

Man, I keep forgetting to comment on this on the kink meme so I leave one here. I love how you kept in me in suspense on what was going to happen next, that Lestrade was so in character and surviving. That John was in Doctor Mode when the rescue happens and epilogue was so realistic. I love reading this, thank you for writing this.
