Excuse the rant below, but I'm ticked off at what CBS is trying to pull by messing with the brilliant cast dynamic of one of my favorite shows.

Good job. Did you read my CSI rant? Same thing. I'm not really sure what's up with the CBS exec. They seem to have missed the boat with their female audience.

We want to see a Strong Female character. One that can be a mother, a lover, someone who is good at her job and who can keep up with the men.

I don't watch Criminal Minds, but I know they do have two females on that show. One is the tech right? and the other is a detective? or and agent?
As for CSI, I also hope Don McGill can breath life back into CSI with his experience on NCIS. THOSE women were strong and didn't take any crap from men.

Perhaps someone needs to contact Lady Heather. LOL

I really hope CBS fixes this!

I'm not sure if I saw your CSI rant or not. I've been out of town, so it's possible that I missed it. I just returned today.

There's actually three females on Criminal Minds. AJ plays JJ who is the one who finds the cases for the team, Paget plays Emily who is an agent and then there's Penelope Garcia (played by Kirsten Vaugness- not sure about the spelling of her last name) who is the computer tech.
