Public Transit Experiment- Day 1

My first bus was 5 minutes late this morning, thus causing me to miss my connecting bus.  The next available bus to get to work was supposed to leave at 9 (putting me a little late, but not too bad), but I think it either a) never showed up, odd since it was the first stop on the first round of the day for this route (it's a 9a-3p only route)  or b

is this the first time you've taken the bus? mine is sometimes crazy late too, despite it being a rush hour only bus!!

This isn't my very first time, but it's my first day trying to commute on a daily basis. And now that I think about it, it's my first time where I've taken a bus and needed a connecting bus instead of just wanting to be downtown by the transit office.

At least you are trying! it's tough...I'm lucky that my bus comes right to my street and then straight to where my office is...they run so off schedule that I can only imagine how frustrating it is!!
