i've just spent like 20 minutes in the bathroom using a hairpin to scrape off the plaque on my teeth
its stuck on the back of my lower teeth and
THAT is the only place in my mouth that i have plaque
and it bothers the SHIT out of me.
i really feel so bleeding disgusted with myself for having accumulated all that crap in my mouth
