The header for my thesis, on the even pages only, is Oil Dowel.

Does that...make any sense to anyone, or is it one of the wonderful mysteries of middle of the night ne'er to be solved?

In other, less Microsoft-related news, I'm getting a haircut before I get my stupid gold hat. Any suggestions?

All I get out of it is "Doyle Owl" but I have no idea what it's doing in your thesis.

i think oil dowel is a reinterpretation of doyle owl that comes from CUS documents. if i open the info of the thesis template, it says that the author is oil dowel, which i can only assume is CUS's attempt at being cute/clever.

p.s. it's katie g, from the desk theoretically diagonally behind yours, to be less creepy.
