Productive....finally....

This evening I have made my Angel Lush cake, a strawberry rhubarb pie, and some chinese coleslaw. YUM! Tomorrow is pot luck at work and I could not decide on what to bring and I made the mistake of fliping through recipies and doing my shopping before lunch. At least we will be eating well
