Today was the longest day in the history of everything. I returned to college at 11:10am, and didn't leave until 7:20 that night. Seven more school days until Spring Break. And then once that ends, the rest of the year is a breeze. I have the Senior Retreat, Finals, and the Class Trip. I cannot effing wait.

Quite a roller coaster ride of a week. It's been almost exclusively horrible. A lot of little things have been getting under my skin and mutating into sheer intolerance. Dan and Labaki convinced me to purchase Battlefield 2 today, and I did so (I also bought Enn's birthday present while at the mall, harharhar). It is, and I kid you not, tied with Halo 2 for online awesomeness. There is a wealth of maps, many classes to choose from, vehicular mayhem, and BACKGROUND MUSIC THAT DOESN'T BLOW/ISN'T AMBIENT. Not being able to stay up late and talk to my friends on the west coast (particularly Enn) makes me really sad. I came back down tonight because it's been driving me insane. My parents have been severely enforcing the 11 o'clock curfew for me, and it's quite a downer. I miss the nights where I could just stay up and talk to my friends on Live. ( Read more... )
