Tuesday night sucked, royally. I expected that when I specifically forbade something, it would be a given that it wouldn't be there (at my house)Apparently I was wrong. It's hard enough to quit when I'm not around it, but when I get to my house and the first thing I see and smell is pot, it just gets INSANELY difficult ( Read more... )

I know who it was...well i knew..rather i forgot but rembered once knowing. Every substance forbidden party i've had at my house has generally ended in a simular fashion. Course my reaction was to take there pot and smoke it...but thoose were different times.

the less you surround yourself with people that use right now the better even if it means not doing the social things you used to do for awhile. people that still do drugs and drink dont' understand when someone is trying to be sober- at least most of them. I try to be around the few people that make it easier for me not to drink etc. instead of the ones that make it harder. this is not saying that you should stop being friends, its just that you need to protect your sobriety first and foremost. its really hard to do but totallly worth it. congratulations on your 10 days! its awesome.
