At the hospital with mommy dearest. Got into a fight. Yay. Had a conversation about what I'm up to. Told her I might not stay in orlando. Asked where I might move. Told her. Got into small fight about her wanting to move with me

*pats* Those quarter-life crises are always the worst. It's the uncertainty that kills. But you're a strong and clever gal, so I know you'll be OK soon.
(Just out of curiosity - Where are you hoping to move? You can e-mail me if you don't want to say here.)
And remember, we can always go to Fiji. Build a 14-room hut for all us overworked and overstressed people.
8-| to all of that. It sounds like my grandmother, who gets upset every time I move, since it's never back to Michigan. I've found several large states between my family and me does wonders.
*Stabs stupid* I hate those questions. No matter what you say or do in the situation, it makes you feel crappy, so doing what you want is really the only solution. Everything always works out in the end, and you're going to be fine. *Hugs* If you have a heart attack, make sure it's while you're still in the hospital so somebody can take care of you.
Hmmm...I know ALL about feeling the pressure to let go of one's own life in order to make life for a Maternal Unit better/easier/etc... Since sibling Mir up and got married I've been "OMG that leaves me" in line for the "moving to Mexico to care for Mami in her dotage."
But 'lonely' alone won't cut it. Nope. It would have to be "getting too old to care for herself adequately. Not lonely. Lonely is something people should be mature enough to solve themselves, IMO.
*hugs you to impossible bits* Now if only we both can elude this sort of fate...

Jobs wise, I'm looking at DC or Denver. I may take another look at Orlando, but I think I'm done with Orlando right now. I need a new environment.
Fiji hut sounds GOOD.

Washington DC or Denver. But I haven't looked at the job opportunities nor what the rent looks like in Denver yet.
