There's something very wrong here. After obsessing about going to Iceland for like a year and a half, I finally went (and had a fantastic time, by the way) and then proceeded to not write about it for a month. Well, I'll get around to it eventually. I wanna talk TV now.
Re Gokaiger 12 - So... does this mean Captain Marvelous/Joe is canon now? I... can be convinced to ship this. I want somebody to ship Luka with. Not quite convinced by Luka/Ahim. Though Ahim was fierce this episode, damn. I love when they fight and don't talk. It gives me time to watch the fighting.
Re Power Rangers Samurai 12 - lol Fake!Genta. You can't act for shit, but I like you. You ain't hard on the eyes either. I have to say, though, it's really sad that the little five-year-olds they had playing baby Fake!Takeru and Fake!Genta had about the same acting ability as all the adult actors. But, awww, they were so presh!
This is the first episode I've watched since, well, the first episode. Only really checked it out to see if the sixth was cute. Kinda cute. I can get behind that. I probably won't make an effort to keep up with this season, but I'll watch if I happen to catch it on TV. I remember seeing it in the TV guide, but I can't remember if that was last week or a month ago, to be honest.
Then there's OOO 33 - "Stalker-chan, kowaii!" - Otoya when he was in Hana Kimi. Probably. There were a bunch of them talking at the same time.
Anyway, poor Eiji. Another one of his philanthropic projects came back to bite him in the ass in the form of a stalker. OOO once again reminding us that helping people is more trouble than it's worth sometimes. But Date better not die this arc. Or any arc. Date, you are my favourite after Ankh, don't go anywhere!
Hellcats - I think I'm getting bored of this show. I was kind of on the meh side of it, but last episode was so dull. And I still can't like Marti Sue even though she's finally learned to dance in time with everybody else. I know she's technically not quite a Sue, probably, but... there's something about the way all her talents were introduced that just made me roll my eyes and I just can't get into her. I do however like Ashley Tisdale and the fact that even though I watch her in this, her face doesn't intrude on my Phineas and Ferb. Usually when I know what a voice actor looks like, it takes me out of the character every so often. Hasn't happened (much) with Candace or Savannah. So. Go Ashley Tisdale?
And last, but not least (that probably would have been Hellcats), Glee - I like this show slightly more now that they have Lauren and more Santana. It fills the hole in my heart left by the loss of my favourite Glee game, Token/Other Asian Spotting. Mike's just not as fun anymore now that he's got lines and stuff. Though he is awesome sometimes, I will admit. I still miss Token. Come back and sit in the background for my amusement, Token!
And I will get around to that Iceland recap someday. I need it for my remembering - I'm already forgetting stuff and I'm not really helping myself by staying up late all the time.
