good news: I just discovered the joys of making my own ESPRESSO!!!! It's like a whole new world has been opened up to me.

Bad news: I realize that people in southeast asia have no espresso. Damn you CNN for ruining my mood.

This reminds me of when you refused to enjoy the fireworks on the 4th of July because of the war. I think you're sweet and wonderful for being concerned about others, but don't let it ruin your good times. Best to just be thankful for what you have and appreciate all your blessings. No need to feel guilty about being happy.
