You may be aware of the fact that I knit a bit. Ok, a lot. In fact, if I find out someone is expecting I am basically unable to resist knitting something for the baby. Depending on my time constraints and how well I know you, it could be anything from a hat to a complete layette

I applaud this post. Never really took to knitting myself but I remember my Mom knitting a little outfit complete with hat and booties for the baby of a friend of mine who was expecting. Unfortunately when the boy was born he was so big that by the time he was old enough to actually wear the items he had already outgrown them.
