I'd be looking around for the catch for why I can get the perfect house rent-free. Possible haunting is not enough.

Okay, the place is haunted. I can deal with that, & have before. Now what real problems are there here. Is the foundation over quicksand or something?

As long as it was in every other way perfect? Yes. The last place we lived had SOMETHING weird going on - things leaping off shelves and breaking with no one in the room, doors opening when they were latched, etc. Plus a massive black widow spider problem, general bad vibes, shoddy construction and a crappy neighborhood. But I paid to live there.

It would totally depend on the vibe/aura of the place. If the violence lived there or not. I am one of those talks with things people, so It would depend.
