aww I am so glad that your visit with him went well. I am sorry he had to leave though...

I say that if he can guarantee you that you can be over there with him during that second year, then let him do it...if not, then I dunno, much as to be taken into consideration.

Just a thought....if he does stay for that second year...why dont you just buckly down, get your degree, and then once he is done with his second year, you should be done with school as well...and then so much would be out of the way for you two. It would free up some time for other things (a family maybe?). At the very least...you could get yourself a good job, and that could better yours and his financial situation, which is always a plus. Maybe buy a house and all sorts of good things like that...

2 years seems like alot, but when you keep yourself busy (such as with school) it has a tendency to fly by...I know that it did for me!

yeah... he's only been there for a week, so we've got months to go. we'll see where everything goes. the second year is more money because he's staying, which is good, but we'll see. i'm definitely doing the school thing and taking it slow before i go at it full force. two classes in spring, some classes in summer and maybe a full load in fall.

WOAH WOAH WOAH. you didn't tell me about the 2nd yr! i dunno. i agree with melissa. i know 2 yrs is a long ass time, but if you get more $$$, and you 2 are working things out better, and they are going smoothly, and you're keeping busy with work and school, it'll be ok. i'm glad you've had that time with him. i know it was exciting for you, again i think he should have just let you freakin surprise him, and at least you get a thrill out of it! :) i dunno. hmmm. things things things. they'll be good. i'm always here...an hr difference...but here. :)
