I can see how Leprechauns would be scary if you'd seen that weird Simpsons episode but... bzuh? They are AWESOME, how does Annika not know this? Oh and I am so so so hunting through whatever DVD collection you tap into, Netflix or otherwise, and finding The Secret of Roan Inish. Kiddies need to see movies like this with selkies and starving Irish people in boats.

Oh, speaking of kids, I need to go to bed. That sounded less illegal in my head.

I... don't really know. I watched it when I was very young and loved it to death but I was a weird kid. There's magic but also potato blight. So, you know, maybe!

Yeah I like that movie a lot, it's a weenie bit slow for your age range of kids, but in a couple of years they'll be right for it.
