Hope you're all doing splendid. I just wanted to let you all know some fun Chilean news...Evan and I are engaged!!! I wanted to make sure you chicas know before going "public" on the Book! :) We went for a long weekend in the north of Chile and Evan proposed in the romantic setting of a camping area where we were sleeping in the car,

Awww yay! I'm so happy for Katy & Evan! They need a big party next time they're in town!

A giant party would be great, but the next time they are both in time it will likely be because they have moved back. Evan is coming back to the USA over Christmas/New Years (when my family and I are going to visit Katy), but Katy has no plans to come back and no vacation time left at work. This combination means it will be unlikely that we see in state side until she has quit and moved home (August or September of next year).
