there’s this old guy in my town who just hangs out at the bus stop. he’ll come and sit next to you and try and bum smokes. he starts by asking ‘do you have a light?’ and when you say ‘yes’ and dig it out of your pocket he’ll say ‘do you have a ciggarette?’. most people are too embarrassed to say no, so he does quite well
