Life... I should be ashamed of myself for taking it for granted. Especially when I hear stories about people dying every day. I heard just such a story tonight. A girl that was a senior at my old high school was killed in a car accident. I knew her, just like I know almost everybody in that school that was within 4 years of me. I agree with what you're saying... but at the same time, it's important not to spend your entire life worrying about how much longer you have. "It's not the years in your life that counts, but the life in your years." Not sure who said that, or even if that's what was said... but I like it. I guess it's important to be greatful for every breath we take, but it's just as important to do our lives justice by just living them.

i'm michelle and i came across your LJ from the RKOP board and even though i'm only 13 i recently made a post on my LJ talking about death similarly. You should go see Big Fish. It has an interestinng story like that deals with how much time is left on Earth! Plus it was a good movie!
