I got an ipod touch for christmas and idk what the hell i'm doing. I can't connect to wifi either. I'm about to throw it up against the wall tbh.

Did you go to settings and search for wireless networks? If your wireless has a password, you have to put it in.

PLEASE ASK ME QUESTIONS. I DO NOT THINK THROWING IT AGAINST THE WALL WOULD BE BENEFICIAL!! :O

Okay my wireless network is locked so of course I put in the password but it still won't connect. ITS SO ANNOYING! lol I mean its so pretty but its getting on my nerves! I might have to go to best buy tomorrow and yell at someone until they help me. idgi

Oh snap, girl, I forgot to tell you. When I first got mine, it still had the old software (even though I had just bought it like a week ago? wtf?). It took me a day, after plugging it in twice, for the software to update to 2.2. The old software doesn't recognize WEP wireless networks, so if you still have the old software, you need to plug it into iTunes, and check for updates to make sure you have the 2.2.

UGGGGH! I just plugged it in to check and I do have 2.2
lol I'm gonna freak out. Idk what to do other then go to best buy. Also before I go there I'm going to see if its just MY wireless thats it not connecting to, or just all wifi networks in general.
