I passed. It's allllllllllllllllllllllll good. And now I'm in the big time now. Graduation is on Sat. Yipeee. I hope the speaker isn't as retarded as the one I had for HS. My parents literally had to have a drink after that one.

Clark walked in hand with Lex to the large oak tree that was very shady, and there was a picnic blanket set up. On it, there was a basket, and plates, and even candles. But they weren’t lit.
There were red gummi hearts and worms and confetti sprinkled on the blanket, too.
Lex had remembered how much he adored color.
“Oh, pretty.”
And he kissed Lex on the cheek.
Lex’s cheeks grew awfully red, and Clark really liked that a lot.
And Clark jumped over to sit by one plate.
Lex sat by his, and just looked at Clark.
Clark fidgeted again. He wasn’t sure what to do.
Then the rumpled paper he’d wrapped the gift in.
“Wanna see what I got you?”
“Okay.”
And Clark handed over his greatest possession and the cookies.
Lex unwrapped the plate first, and took a bite of a cookie, taking his time chewing. He really liked them, and a tasty crumb was stuck on his lip again.
He offered one to Clark.
“You sure?”
“I can’t eat all of them. I’ll share with mom when I get home.”
Clark ate his in just a few bites. The crumbs of sugar he had to lick off his fingers.
Lex shook his head.
“Some things don’t change.”
“Huh?”
“Don’t worry about it.” Lex smiled.
“‘Kay. Then open my other present!” Clark said nervously.
He said things from out of space were cool. But if he doesn’t want my ship?
Very carefully, Lex undid the crumpled tape and ribbon off of the gift paper that was very shiny. He took his time trying to do it as delicately as possible, as if he was opening something really precious. And to Clark, it was. The waiting was enough to make the boy itching to get up and rip off the rest to get it over with sooner.
Finally, the Mighty Flighty Rocket was out and ready for action.
It was silver, red and blue. It was very detailed, with little round windows and painted flames coming out of the engine back. Clark had spent many hours going to different planets on it, flying in his imagination.
“Is it best enough?”
Lex held it in his arms, and then set it down.
“You gave it to me. That makes it best in my book.”
“You have a Lex book?” Clark tilted his head.
“Come here.”
Lex’s answer was backed up with a long kiss.
Clark felt the press of lips against his, and was delighted.
Especially when he got to clean off that tempting stray cookie crumb.
Sugar is sweet, ‘specially on you.
