Hoyay the day away! Gonna do research a'plenty!

A woman walked over to where they were sitting and informed them that two classmates would come to greet them and show them around.
Chloe took a note and stood as a boy in flannel, a girl in pink, and a dark skinned girl dressed in black with black sunglasses entered the room. The sunglasses girl took care took keep the two far apart.
The girl in pink spoke first.
“Hi, I’m Lana. We’re representatives from our class.”
“‘Kay. Where’s the newsroom?” She started.
“I don’t know. Do you like my new nail polish?”
“It’s next to Mr. Gardner’s class.” The boy spoke.
“Oh, Clark. You know Ms. Sanderson asked me along because you always get lost.” The girl tittered.
The girl with sunglasses put one hand under her coat.
The boy frantically shook his head and she took her hand back out.
“I’m Clark and this is Mercy. Say hello, Mercy.”
“We’re greeters. We greet. Nice to greet you.” She said stonily.
Chloe finally got a good look at the boy as she looked up from her note taking.
He was way to pretty to be a boy, she thought at first. He wore flannel, which looked very warm. Inside his shirt pocket was a tiny purple bear that looked out and smiled. With that curly dark hair and shining green eyes, and perfect face like out of stories, he was wonderful to look at, like one of those famous boys out of the teen magazines girls always snuck and screamed and drooled over. Chloe never saw the big deal.
Until now.
“You’re too cute.”
And on impulse she hugged him before she could think about it.
“Hey, how come I didn’t get one of those?” Wally grumped behind her.
“‘Kay, now lets be friends.”
The boy shook and took a step away hurriedly.
“Oh, no!”
The girl in sunglasses put out her arms to keep Chloe and anyone else away.
“Clark is a no hugging zone.”
“Says who?”
“The boss.”
Chloe looked excitedly over her notes for any mention of a mysterious boss and the closest thing that came to that was Lex Luthor. When she spoke to him, there was mention of a Clark. Though why he wanted Clark not to be hugged was weird. He seemed to like the idea of the boy when he mentioned his name.
“Hey, what about me?” Lana moaned.
“What about you? ‘C’mon Clark, lead the way to class. I’ve got exclusives to write!” She bounced.
“All right.” The boy bit his lip and started out the door.

Clark was so worried he didn’t know what to do.
When he saw Lex he had to duck into his seat to avoid being noticed by his boyfriend's sharp sight.
Would he see it before Clark could do anything?
He quickly scribbled a note to the only person who could help him.
Dear Dr. Psycho
I’ve been ‘fected with one of the worst diseases ever and am now may be dying real bad. I’ve got cooties! Please help me get rid of them. Lex can’t find out, he’ll never want to kiss me again! Then I’ll really die!!!!!!!!!!
Clark
He waited with baited breath before a note was passed back to him.
Dear Flannel Boy,
Meet me by the far side of the playground by the trees and the tether ball. Lana’s been dogging me around and it’s not safe. Don’t be too scared, my brothers showed me a sure dire way to get rid of this sickness. Just keep quiet and don’t touch anyone else.
Dr. Psycho Pete
