I finally got to talk to my sister Robin now that she is home from the hell that is Iraq. An hour and a half long phone conversation, no less. It was like reconnecting with an old friend, it wasn't difficult to find things to say to her. I haven't seen her though in ages, and I invited her and her friend Nikki over for some good old fashioned food

I'm sorry you are worried about her. Does she think anything is wrong with her? She might be willing to talk with a counselor herself. I can't promise it would fix anything, but it might help. Tell her you love her is a great place to start, and maybe letting her know you are there to talk anytime.
