2. let's talk about the sidekick. do they only work with t-mobile or can you use them with other networks? you said yours kept crapping out. how so? what was the total cost? do you think they're worth it? how would you rate them on the whole?
i'm going to be in the market for a new phone in about a year or so (lol) and i watched the devil wears prada tonight and fell in heart with Andy's white, square phone (it's a sidekick II). I like them because they're so cute but I want to know what the real deal is.

2. the sidekick only works on t-mobile. mine crapped out due to faulty updates, which is a problem apparently sidekick wide. i read a comment from some guy on one of the sidekick communities here that had his replaced 40 times...FORTY TIMES. i should have seen that as a bad omen before i got mine. besides that - that battery blows so hard - its gone so fast. i got over wanting another one real fast...

boo sidekick! why do they make it look so cute if it's so BUSTED?! I just want something that looks similar that doesn't totally blow. I could get kick-flip from Helio (mostly so i could call it mah hee-lee-oh) but it's sold out.

as to the sidekick - they make it look cute, BECAUSE its busted. apparently the cute factor is supposed to over power that fact that its trash.
check ebay for the the helio. there's always a chance you'll find it on there. then you'll just need a plan or something.
