I blame the writers, no one giving a damn about her it seems unless to call her crazy, the writers, etc, for how Quinn is. She isn't broken, she doesn't need to be fixed, and she isn't crazy; she's extremely depressed and, despite what tonight says, she needs a professional to help her. Not Rachel Berry. Not statutory Shelby.
If I continue I'll just completely ignore canon. They hurt my bb :(
I'm really confused by how easy it was for her to switch back to being "okay" again? And being all "sorry for being crazy you guys, my bad! now I want to go to Yale and it's all thanks you, Rachel!" o_O I read some rumors a while ago saying she was going to have a breakdown in front of Will and I'd rather have that happened and for her to have got professional help.
I also apologize for Sam's douchey comment about Quinn having "rich white girl problems" (ugh). It made me want to hit him in his trouty mouth. :|
SO MANY FEELINGSsupmilfDecember 8 2011, 00:52:12 UTC
I dislike Rachel so much. That's why, at the end of the day, Sam's comment about Quinn is probably the least offensive. I mean, yeah, it was hurtful considering all the shit she's been through, but at leas the has an inkling of how it feels to be forced to grow up very quickly. Rachel doesn't. I'm serious, I lost all respect for Rachel in this episode, like, oh-so-much. And in Ohio? A teacher, regardless of his age, and student sexual relationships are considered sexual battery, even if she's just on the faculty and doesn't teach directly and even if it is consensual. If it weren't the case, the cases I've read where something akin to this has happened? Said teachers wouldn't be on trial.
I RESEARCHED OKAY BECAUSE PEOPLE KEPT TELLING ME TWO DIFFERENT STORIES AND I WANTED TO FIND OUT FOR MYSELF :(
At least Sam, for going through a difficult situation himself, had some experience to back it up. He was still in the wrong, but not as much as he could've been.
